About Me
I got my start in the coffee industry in 2008 at a well known chain and by 2012, I was opening my own cafe at the age of 21 in the Portland, OR area. The company expanded to two locations by 2017 and successfully grew into a full bakery program with over a dozen wholesale accounts, food program, and kitchen commissary program. I decided to close in 2021 for personal growth and a big move to Southern California to be closer to family.
Since then I have hit the ground running, focusing my time post cafe-ownership on project management, hospitality development, operations, leadership-development, and event coordination/large brand-activations - all things that I take such interest in and thoroughly enjoy.
